  TITLE     WHITE CHOCOLATE GHOSTS
DESCRIPTION     Chocolate ghosts on sticks for Halloween
DETAILS     Lay a sheet of waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Melt 12 ounces of white chocolate in a double boiler or a bowl over boiling water. When melted add one and a half tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix.  Put a tablespoon of chocolate on the wax paper. With the back of a teaspoon make a ghost shape. Use the lollipop stick to refine the figures edges. Press in two chocolate chips for eyes. Press in the lollipop stick. You should get 12 - 15 ghosts out of this mixture. Put your ghosts in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. When hardened carefully peel off the waxed paper. My grocery store didn't have lollipop sticks, so I bought wooden skewers and cut off the pointed end. Worked fine.
